Patternmaking

This coat is a re tailored design of a classic style with a new take that is greatly influenced by my history and culture. The double layered element on the skirt and sleeves are inspired by traditional Greek traditional garments.

Auster breeze is a Zero Waste pattern design brand that ensures all fabric is used in the production without leaving any scraps behind. Every garment is made with natural biodegradable materials and saves 15% of fabrics that would otherwise be thrown away.

Zero-waste pattern making takes account of how the whole fabric can be utilized in a garment throughout the development of the pattern. Ensuring that garment production has no textile waste.
