Auster Breeze
Auster breeze is a Zero Waste pattern design brand that ensures all fabric is used in the production without leaving any scraps behind.
Every garment is made with natural biodegredable materials and saves 15% of fabrics that would otheriwse be thrown away.
The garments are designed and made in Melbourne Australia.
The label designer Maria Giailoglou is based in Melbourne, VIC. With passionate and always evolving skills, she is able to adapt to new production techniques. She’s been fortunate to have worked in a variety of apparel organizations and through adapting I have gained a large range of skills.
With the aim to produce more eco-friendly practices she has branched out from conventional apparel making practices to zero waste design.
Zero-Waste Pattern Making.
Zero-waste pattern making takes account of how the whole fabric can be utilized in a garment throughout the development of the pattern. Ensuring that garment production has no textile waste.

Wind of change collection focuses Zero waste patternmaking and adjustable garments.
Most of the materials used in the collection are natural, biodegredable materilas localy sourced.
The collection takes insporation from Ancient Greece on it’s motifs, silouetes and fabrics.
